Not sure whether the Chip Screen or Holographic Screen is right for your glass? Send us the dimensions, application, and brightness environment, and we will recommend a pitch and confirm it against our How to Choose guidance before you commit.

Physical samples are available on request so your team can sign off on transparency and colour accuracy before a full order goes ahead.

During Installation

Installation Guidance & On-Site Support

Both product lines are peel-and-stick to existing glass, but larger or architectural runs benefit from a quick site consultation. We coordinate directly with your installer, contractor, or fit-out team to confirm panel layout, cable routing, and control unit placement ahead of install day.

For Sydney metro projects, we can attend site for critical or large-format installations.

After Installation

Technical Support & Warranty

Every panel is rated for a 100,000-hour LED lifespan. If you run into a fault, a dead section, or a control issue, contact us directly — we troubleshoot with you first and escalate to the manufacturer where needed, rather than routing you through a generic support queue.

Compliance documentation (RCM, RoHS, CE, ChAFTA) and warranty terms are provided with every order and can be re-issued on request.
